- Choose exchange for a new size, return for a refund, or shop for something new directly through Loop.
- Complete your request and download your prepaid return label or QR code.
- Heads up: QR codes expire 24 hours after your return is processed.
Holiday Return Window
- During the holiday season, our return window will be extended until January 15th, 2026, for orders placed November 1st, 2025, on.
- All returned items must be unwashed and with the original tags attached.
Gift Returns
- Got a gift? Select Start Gift Return Here in the portal.
- Enter the original order number and zip code.
- If you don’t have an order number, reach out to Customer Care — we’ll do our best to help.
- Without a valid order number, we’re unable to complete a gift return.

Final Sale
- Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
- If you include final sale items in your return, they will not be refunded and will be discarded.

Completing Your Return
- We’ll provide a prepaid return label for all domestic returns.
- Drop your package at your local post office.
- Only include the items approved in your return request.
- Please do not mix items from different orders — this slows things down and may mean no refund.
- Non-Beyond Yoga items cannot be refunded or sent back.
- If you include something that’s not part of your return, it will be discarded.
Return Policy
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase with a valid receipt.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and have original tags attached.
- If the care tag or label is removed, the garment cannot be refunded or exchanged.
- Refunds go to the original form of payment.
- Gift returns are refunded to a gift card.
- Price adjustments on full-price items within 14 days of purchase.
- Items outside the 30-day window are reviewed case-by-case.
International & APO Returns
- We’d love to make returns easy everywhere, but right now we can’t offer free returns from APO bases or for international orders.
- If you’re returning from outside the U.S., you can use any carrier you prefer—just keep your tracking number handy until your return is confirmed.
- Duties and taxes aren’t refundable, but we’ll process your refund as soon as your items arrive safely.

- Please don’t mix orders in one return package.
- Make sure tags are attached.
- Remember items must be unworn and unwashed.
- Non-Beyond Yoga items may not be refunded or returned.
- Garments with removed care tags/labels are not eligible for return.
- Final Sale items included in returns will be discarded without refund.
